First and foremost, I would like to thank you for considering me to be a big part of your life. I believe it is one of the most important relationships you can have in a lifetime.

I am currently unable to accept any new clients at this time. I want to ensure that I can accommodate schedules and services to each of my clients.

Don't worry! You can still add yourself to my wait-list. I consistently reassess my availability to better suit my clients and myself. Just as I want to make sure I have availability for a new appointment, I want to be able to support additional appointments for future dates. I mean, how sad would it be if you could only get one appointment-- THEN have to wait just as long to get back in. Am I right?
